Terms and conditions

All bets must be received by March 23, 2026.

In order to be eligible for the contest, you must be a field sales or service representative for Metrohm Canada and have a documented 2026 revenue target.

All 2026 bets and the corresponding prize must be approved, in writing, by the Metrohm Canada CEO.

You must achieve at least 100% on all components of your comp plan 

Your bet and achievement must be at least 105% of your 2026 combined territory quota/annual goal to be eligible for an award.

Metrohm reserves the right to make a cash payment for the declared value of the prize in lieu of the actual prize itself.

To be eligible for the contest, you must be continuously employed by Metrohm from January 1, 2026 until the payout date.

All prizes will be distributed by February 28, 2027.

Applicable taxes and tax regulations apply to all prizes and/or cash awards and are the responsibility of the winner.

Metrohm Canada reserves the right to change, suspend or alter the terms of this and all contests at its sole discretion, with or without advanced notice.
